45 double-sided color stenciled subjects, including a 4-page fold-out per Sem. Autograph dedication signed in ink by Sem "à Monsieur Louis Barthou, respectueux hommage, Sem". Complete. Good interior.
Louis Barthou (1862-1934) was a journalist, minister on several occasions and President of the Council of Ministers from March 22 to December 9, 1913 (the year the album was published).
